Lutheran Family Service of Iowa (LFS) is a statewide human service agency that serves individuals, couples, families and children in need. Our mission is to apply Biblical, Christ-centered values to everyday life, so that Iowans are better able to live their lives to the fullest.

The services LFS provides for Iowans to find hope, help and healing range from Christ-centered counseling services to adoption services to family educational opportunities.

As a non-profit agency operated by the Lutheran Church -- Missouri Synod congregations in Iowa, LFS relies on the generous support of individuals, churches, corporations and foundations to make services available and affordable to all people, regardless of their church affiliation.
